Returns
This return policy is valid for: all items sold and dispatched by Lizz Express, items sold by third-party sellers and fulfilled by Lizz Express.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of supplies, you can return it for a full refund, exchange or credit within 15 days of purchase with your original receipt, packing slip or email confirmation (“Original Receipt”) to our store.

Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts and your receipt or packing slip.

Replacement may be issued

We’ll replace the items sold and/or fulfilled by Lizz Express if:


• you received an incorrect item, or
• you received a damaged item, or
• you received a defective item.


If it is concluded that the product must be replaced, It can take up to 2 weeks for us to process your replacement.

To help you troubleshoot any product-related replacement issues, go to the Customer Service and select a reason from the Replacement.

About Refunds
This page describes how we calculate refunds and outlines our policy on refunds. Our refunds policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights. Your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item, and how the item was purchased.

How Refunds Are Issued
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. For the orders paid with the card the amount will be returned on the same card used for transaction, within 3-30 days from accepting the refund.

Will I be refunded any return postage costs?
We’ll refund your return costs on items sold and/or fulfilled by Lizz Express, up to our standard delivery option cost, if:
• you received an incorrect item, or
• you received a damaged item, or
• you received a defective item.

In accordance with your statutory rights, if you received an item sold and/or fulfilled by Lizz Express that is either incorrect, damaged, defective, please contact us for  assistance Customer Service.

Our technicians can assist with issues such as defective items, missing parts or accessories, initial product set up, configuration, troubleshooting, compatibility, feature use, as well as replacement of the product or refund services when required.
